Some of you may have ambitions resolutions for the year. Perhaps a good way to start is to declutter your home environment.
People whom I’ve across are yearning for more space, peace and freedom. They realize that clutter keeps them from achieving these goals. Empty space is more valuable—psychologically and physically—than almost any object.
The trick is, when you walk into any room of your home, ask yourself the following questions:
- Do I really need it?
- Does it have any value for me?
- Would I be able to trade it for inner peace?
These answers will enable to curb your pack-rat impulses, allow you to remove unwanted objects and move on.
